My First Video

Hi Friends!

I recently purchased a video camera and thought it would be fun to experiment with shooting a short story video.

Shooting video is sooo different from photography!!

It’s a huge learning curve having to film, direct, and post edit.

After spending time watching several “how to” Vimeo & Youtube videos I was able to create this short video using my Mac Imovie application.

It’s a short sweet story of a little girl (Vivian) playing with her balloons.

I had a blast making it and hope to experiment some more!

I thought this video you made was very sweet. I used to follow your blog and than didn’t see a posting some time last summer. I always have enjoyed the things that I loved as a child. Sweet pictures of kitties, puppies, bunnies. All was right with the world looking at the cute pictures. Love your blog! I am sure you will be very good at “show” making!

Hello sweet Jenn! I LOVE this video! You did a beautiful job my friend! Vivian is a beautiful princess! She has grown so much! She is a sweet angel and so much like her beautiful momma! I loved her playing with the balloons, jumping on the bed and blowing kisses! Pure sweetness! Thank you for sharing sweetie! I look forward to more. Love the pretty capture of her at the park with her balloons too! Oh, and I loved the music, very fairytale and magical! Have a happy day! Love and kisses, Paula xoxo

Oh, Jenn, it’s just beautiful! I love the dreamy, ethereal quality it has to it, and that music adds a magic touch to the overall effect. Great job!

Oh, that’s simply adorable!!! I LOVE the music and the faded dream-like effect is perfect! β™₯ it! You’ve just inspired me to do a video of my little girl…they grow up too quickly!

Jen, I have been following your Blog for a few years and love all your posts. This video you did was wonderful, your daughter is a real doll. You did a great job and I can’t wait for more.

Where do I begin? So many years have passed since I began reading your blog, watching this itty bitty little girl grow and grow! Oh Jenny such a beautiful little girl, delicate and stunning as can be! Watching your video brought tears to my eyes. Even though we have never as of yet met in person I have watched you unfold as a mom and artist and watched your children grow and blossum, I feel ever bit a part of you all even though only through a link on the big world wide web!May you know how deeply proud I am of what a wonderful charmer “our” (tee hee)Vivi has grown into. Have a blessed week and do give the children a hug from Indiana!! Love you all, Lori

Beautiful work Jennifer…and you have some wonderful fans too! Sweet ~ all of it.

Ciao bella,

Beautiful girl and fun video. I didn’t know you still were blogging, somehow I didn’t get directed…good to see your pretty pics again.

Your daughter is just gorgeous!! She’s going to be a little heartbreaker when she gets older!!! Great job on the video….I haven’t tried my hand at that one yet. Have a great day!
